What is a lot size?
The number of shares in one futures or options contract. NSE revises lot sizes every few months so that a contract's value stays in its target band; the figures here come from the live contract master, so they update when NSE does.
Which stocks are in F&O?
NSE adds and removes stocks from the derivatives segment based on liquidity criteria. This list is read from the exchange's own contract file, so it is the current segment, not a stale copy.
